Medical Marijuana in Spokane is based on the Medical marijuana law of Washington State. The law allows qualifying patients in Washington State to use and/or Possess Medical Marijuana. Under these Guidelines our collective functions within the law. Wellness Medicine Collective is a non-profit Corporation bases on the medical marijuana needs of Washington State and the greater Spokane area. Collectives are not dispensaries. The collective is an assembly of medical marijuana patients that facilitate their own needs in a environment that is based on community and safety. Medical Marijuana Dispensaries are unregulated for profit stores.  The mode of operation for a dispensary in Spokane is not tested by law and is subject to public scrutiny and legal conflict.   Spokane is leading Eastern Washington in the Medical Marijuana Movement and continues to strive to meet the needs of qualified Medical Marijuana patients.
